Jaguar XJL 3.0 SUPERCHARGED
Purrs like a kitten, as menacing as a Lion, as big and brash as a Tiger, as agile as a Cougar and as fast as a Cheetah... But she's all Jaguar....
what kind: Long
how much: Bring the bank
Bright, sleek, shiny
Beauty.. Skin deep..? Hmmm..
Minimal buttons and intuitive controls make the Jaguar XJL both easier to navigate and seemingly smaller than its bus sized 17.2 ft long body would suggest.. Just don't expect the same to come into play when attempting to make a U-turn..
Check out the video of the Jaguar XJL Portfolio....
Hey auntie.. You headed back to the dealership...?
Luckily, those days are gone.. Jaguar still has a few problems here and there, but overall there cars are pretty reliable..
This is one of the smoothest cars that I have ever driven and reviewed.. It changed my entire view on this car as well as Jaguar (as every individual drive should). The car is quiet, smooth and responsive.. The steering wheel is spot on. The body is seductive and the tires look as if they are already rolling.. There are a few recalls on the XJL for stuff like child seats linkage, and door latches, but if that's all you have to deal with, then I say get one.. The ride alone is worth is, but be warned.. It doesn't come cheap.. The MSRP on a new Jag is around $94,000 and can get into the upper $110,000 real quickly.. There are second hand XJL's for about $52,000 to $60,000.. Most returned from being used as leases or as company cars.. If you want to save some money, look in that direction..
Thanks for reading autoFrenzy.net and that's my take on the big XJL from Jaguar.. Keep your hands on the wheel and your feet on the gas.. This is Dre'... Deuces..!
